DMCA & Copyright

Last updated: 2026-10-23

YTMP4 doesn’t host any videos: every file is streamed from YouTube at the moment a visitor requests it, and nothing is stored on our servers. We respect copyright, though, and will block specific videos from being converted when the rights holder asks.

How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with:

1. Your name, company (if any) and contact details.
2. The YouTube link(s) of the work you own.
3. A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
4. A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by you, the owner, or the law.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We normally act within two working days. Once a video is blocked, YTMP4 refuses to convert it for every visitor.

Removal from YouTube

To remove the video itself from the internet, contact YouTube directly through its copyright complaint form. Only YouTube can take a video off YouTube.
